Its teams are involved at different levels, both in disciplinary teaching within the framework of engineering training courses (mathematics, signal processing, electronics, scientific calculation and applications, probability and statistics) and in cross-disciplinary teaching (courses of excellence through research or various development projects with rich learning situations).

They also play a major role in the teaching of four in-depth themes, alone or in collaboration with other departments of IMT Atlantique:

Mathematical and Computational Engineering (MCE)
Transmission systems, architectures and networks (STAR)
Design of Communicating Objects (CoOC)
Heterogeneous Embedded Systems (SEH)

MEE also contributes to both the IMT Atlantique Master of Science Information Technologies and Research Masters degrees.
