You can recruit one of our students on a 12-month professionalization contract. This contract consists of a regular alternation of periods of acquisition of know-how in companies and periods of acquisition of knowledge given at school.
As employees on fixed-term contracts, work-study students work in a logic of objectives and results.
The remuneration of your alternate will depend on the legislation on the professionalization contract in force or on your collective agreement if it is more favourable.
The cost of its training can be covered totally or partially by your OPCA. You can benefit from reduced charges on your employer contributions and hiring aids.
