Workspaces and videoconferencing facilities

CARAE offers its users a variety of spaces:

• Quiet spaces for reading or for work requiring concentration;
• Spaces for relaxation and rest;
• Rooms to collaborate  in small groups, face to face, or remotely via videoconferencing;
• Low (large cushions), standard or high seating options, depending on personal preference;
• Discussion areas;
• Zones with free access to computer equipment;
• Spaces that are more conducive to  creativity.

All these areas are freely accessible, but can be booked in advance to ensure thay are available when required. Staff can even visit other campuses remotely via telepresence robots.
