Housing on Brest campus (Maisel) - Services Maisel

The Maisel team is present all year round and welcomes you
from Monday to Friday from 8am to 4.00pm without interruption at the reception ('secretariat'),
located on the ground floor of Building I3.

For your comfort, the following services are included:

• Receipt and distribution of mail in individual mailboxes
• Laundry: 11 washing machines (including laundry) and 9 dryers are at your disposal in building I4 from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. You can pay directly by credit card.
• Routine cleaning of common areas (corridors, showers, toilets, kitchens)
• Technical service: a problem in your home? You must submit directly your request online on the custumer area  https://imtatlantique.pcscloud.net/ADRESIDENT_IMT_BREST
• Bicycle shelters with coded access
• Parking with controlled access.

An internet network (at  a very reasonable rate!) is also available in all the buildings but it is managed by a student association called the RESEL,  which is independent of La Maisel. You will find the downloadable RESEL connection guide below.
