"HLM" Building

Located at 3, rue de la Chataigneraie 35510 Cesson-Sévigné, the HLM Building has 54 ~20-m2 studio apartments.

Each studio has:

  • a kitchenette area with electric hob/stove, fridge and sink (but no microwave)
  • an area with a desk, chest of drawers, chair, stool and large wardrobe
  • a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet

This residence has self-service laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer).

"SCI" Building

Located at 1, rue de la Châtaigneraie 35510 Cesson-Sévigné, the SCI Building has 50 16m2 rooms equipped with:

  • a living area with a single bed (90cm mattress, sheets not provided), a desk, a chest of drawers, a chair, a stool, a bedside table and a large cupboard.
  • a bathroom including a toilet, shower and washbasin.

There is a common kitchen on each floor. This residence has self-service laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer).
