Rennes campus (Maisel) - Prices

The rates below are "all inclusive", i.e. they include :

• rent
• charges for water, electricity and heating
• insurance
• cleaning of common areas
• maintenance

Warning: by default, only one pillow is provided. If you wish to rent a bed linen kit (pillowcase, 2 sheets, 1 blanket), you must specify it on the admission form (40€ for the duration of your stay).

You will be asked for a 300€ deposit.

A handling fee of 80€ applies for each new move-in.

You must pay by automatic withdrawal on the 5th of each month.
