Supporting the transformation and development of IMT Atlantique
The new Director of Human Resources will play a key role in implementing IMT Atlantique's strategy and ambitions.
The institution aims to welcome 25% more students to its three campuses in Brest, Nantes and Rennes by 2027. To achieve this, the institution needs to increase its attractiveness, in particular by recruiting the best teachers and scientists to make IMT Atlantique a global player in education, research and innovation.
To supervise and train its 2,198 students, including 1,883 engineers, IMT Atlantique employs almost 800 people, including 250 permanent teaching and research staff. These employees are fully committed to the institution's ecological and societal transformation. IMT Atlantique has made diversity a priority for both students and staff, and involves all its components in its Sustainable Development and Social Responsibility (SD&SR) policy. Amaury Tenant de la Tour and his team will continue to simplify and decompartmentalize the workings of IMT Atlantique, to the benefit of collective efficiency and the quality of working life for its staff.
