Kermap 1st prizewinner of the French Tech DeepNum20 programme!

Kermap, which was supported from 2016 to 2018 by the IMT Atlantique incubator, is one of the success stories #madeinIMTAtlantique!

As a leader in the automated processing and analysis of environmental data from satellite and aerial imagery, Kermap is a winner of the French Tech DeepNum20 programme.

This new French Tech support programme rewards the 20 most promising deeptech start-ups that have innovative technological projects in response to the challenges identified in France 2030, with a very high level of differentiation compared to existing solutions and a potential for large-scale deployment.

On Thursday 27 October 2022, Jean-Noël Barrot, the Delegate Minister for Digital Transition and Telecommunications, and Clara Chappaz, President of "Mission French Tech", announced the list of the 20 winning start-ups in the 1st French Tech DeepNum20 competition. The aim of the programme is to support France's development of the digital technologies behind the deeptech start-ups, and thus contribute to the industrial and technological sovereignty of our country.

KERMAP, which won an I-NOV award in 2022, has already proven the relevance of its solutions for urban planning, agro-ecology and the promotion of biodiversity. Nimbo, its new Earth observation solution, can now meet the needs of a number of industrial sectors, public players and the general public in a global geographic market.

With this new support programme, the backing of French Tech, and the support of OVHcloud, its global cloud partner, Kermap aims to offer global coverage of the Earth in the near future.
