Nomination of Annie Blandin-Obermesser to the National Council of Digital Technologies

As holder of the Jean Monnet chair in The Information Society and the European Union and author of numerous publications, Annie Blandin-Obernasser is a lecturer in the Department of Network Systems, Cyber Security and Digital Law and a recognised specialist in European digital law. She will bring her skills and her vision to the National Council of Digital Affairs (CCNum) whose mission is to study issues relating to digital technologies, particularly the impact and potential of digital transition.

Annie Blandin 2018 Annie Blandin-Obernesser was nominated by order of the Prime Minister following the recommendation of Mounir Mahjoubi, Minister of Digital Affairs, and will engage in the work of the National Council of Digital Affairs, a joint commission of 30 members, all experts in digital issues and representative of the digital ecosystem. Annie Blandin-Obernesser joins the CNNum in her capacity as a key figure in the academic and research sector.
