The technological university continues to climb up the international rankings, moving from the TOP 200 to the TOP 100 in the overall ranking of the THE Impact 2024, which rates institutions according to how well they take into account the 17 sustainable development goals (SDGs) set by the UN.
"The overall ranking of the THE Impact 2024 ranked 1963 institutions, compared to 1592 in 2023, and we are now in the TOP 100, on the 86th place! What a joy for all our teams and what a great recognition of our institution on the international scene", underlines the president of IMT Atlantique, Christophe Lerouge.
The institution stands out and achieves its excellent results thanks to innovative research focused on water management and its efforts to reduce its environmental footprint by adopting sustainable water use practices on its campuses. IMT Atlantique has policies in place to reduce its environmental footprint, encourage recycling and promote responsible resource management.
Finally, the institution supports its students' commitment to community work, recognises the trade union commitment of its staff and contributes to building a fairer, safer and more efficient community for the benefit of all our stakeholders.
