RESOH : Research in Safety, Organization, Humans

The RESOH Chair, for Research in Safety, Organization, Humans, is a research and teaching chair held by IMT Atlantique, launched in 2012 and renewed in 2017 and 2023, in partnership with Naval Group and the CEA (French Atomic Energy Commission). It is a place for scientific and academic production and exchange on work and its transformations in high-risk organisations, in particular the nuclear industry. Through surveys embedded in work situations, the research analyses the practices and processes involved in building 'safe performance', paying particular attention to the skills and knowledge involved. The RESOH Chair provides a framework for elaborating and exchanging high-level knowledge and skills between researchers, experts and industry, in the field of socio-organisational factors.
