IMT Atlantique is developing the recruitment of high-potential teacher-researchers on the cutting-edge scientific themes that are its hallmark, notably through the Junior Professorship (CPJ) scheme, a national recruitment channel based on research and teaching projects, set up by the French research programming law. The aim of this scheme is to accelerate the academic careers of talented young people by 2030, while providing them with an average of €200,000 in ANR-funded support to build and finance their research activities (human resources, equipment, missions and travel).
