In their quest for performance, organizations required skills for their digital transformation projects. The Digital and Organizational Management major was designed to meet to the growing digital transformation needs of organizations by training engineers in information systems management. The information system (IS) is nowadays at the heart of company organization and strategy. It is a strong vector of digital transition. The IS is an essential lever creating value and an important component of an organization's investment. It is at the same time a tool for managing the organisation, supporting innovation and a reality of the organisations' digital transformation projects.
Engineers trained in this major will be involved in the organizational change associated with digital transformations. They are capable of analyzing the challenges and constraints of organizational transformation projects, and master IT project management by understanding the strategic and organizational issues related to digital innovation. They will thus bring value to organizations by managing and (re)engineering business processes, designing and implementating IS, drawing up specifications, and supporting change for the organization and users of the IS.
