NEWS - MSc in SAfe and REliable Nuclear Applications (SARENA)

 

 

  • September 2024: Welcome to the 21 students of the 2024-2026 intake!
    And concerning applications for the next intake (2025-2027):
    • Applications for the intake 2025 are intended to start in October 2022 and to end by February 2025 for all self-funded or scholarship-holding applicants.
  • April 2024: every applicant has by now been contacted: all letters of admission have been sent out. If you have not been admitted for the intake 2023-2025, we still encourage you -if you are persistent and still interested- to apply for the next intake.
  • March 2024: Applications for the SARENA intake 2024-2026 are now closed: thank you to all the applicants! The selection process is should be finalised shortly.
  • December 2023: We have been informed that multiple of our SARENA students (and future student!) have earned the highly selective IAEA Marie Sklodowska-Curie Fellowship Programme Scholarship! Congratulations to all of them!
  • October 2023: Applications for the SARENA intake 2024-2026 are now open for EMJM SARENA scholarship applicants as well as self-funded applicants (until 1 March 2024).
    • Update: due to external constraints, the application phase is limited up to 1 March 2024 - all current applicants who have not sent their applications so far should have been notified by mail.
    • Update: CURRENTLY CLOSED - thank you to all the applicants having sent their applications this year.
  • June 2023: Announcement: every applicant has by now been contacted: all letters of admission have been sent out. If you have not been admitted for the intake 2023-2025, we still encourage you -if you are persistent and still interested- to apply for the next intake.

    • Applications for the intake 2023 are intended to start in October 2022 and to end by end of April 2023 for all self-funded or scholarship-holding applicants.
  • 6 July 2022: Nuclear-related news: Interesting nuclear-related news for our students and potential future candidates: today, the European Parliament approved the inclusion of nuclear power in its Green Taxonomy.
  • 14 June 2022: Announcement: every successful scholarship applicant has by now been contacted. All letters of admission should have been sent out by the end of the week. If you have not been contacted by then yet, we regretfully have to announce that you have not been admitted for the intake 2022-2024. However, we still encourage you -if you are persistent and still interested- to apply for the next intake.
  • 1 June 2022: SARENA IMT Atlantique is pleased to announce that its team has recently grown: a new project manager has been recruited.
    • Among the changes involved with this recruitment: the information provided on SARENA's website has been updated and expanded.
  • October 2021: Happy Erasmus Days 2021 to all our students!
  • September 2021: Applications for next intake (2022-2024)
    • The applications for the intake 2022 are intended to start in October 2021 and to end in March 2022 for Erasmus Mundus scholarship applicants and mid-April 2022 for self-funded and other scholarship applicants.

  • September 2020: Applications for next intake (2021-2023)
    • The applications for the intake 2021 are intended to start in October 2020 and to end in March 2021 for Erasmus Mundus scholarship applicants and mid-April 2021 for self-funded and other scholarship applicants.
      • However, these dates may be subject to changes in case of a restart of the Covid-19 Pandemic.
