The mission that took IMT Atlantique to Tokyo, Kobe and Nagoya, from October 28th to November 4th, 2024, provided an opportunity to strengthen collaboration in education, research and innovation between IMT Atlantique and Japan.
Every year, IMT Atlantique travels to meet students in their home countries, and 2024 won’t be an exception. The Department of International Affairs and Partnerships (DRIPA) team has a busy schedule of education fairs from early October to late November and looks forward to meeting you in Beijing, Dalian, Lagos, Abuja, etc.

A delegation from IMT Atlantique went to Morocco at the end of April to meet with historical partners and to identify new possibilities for collaboration with other institutions. It was also an opportunity to meet with some of IMT Atlantique's many Morocco-based alumni.
On 18 April 2023, Naval Group, the European naval defence leader, and the Institut Mines-Télécom, IMT Atlantique, Mines St Etienne and IMT Mines Alès, signed a framework agreement expanding their collaboration for teaching, recruitment of students, and joint research, innovation and development work.
IMT Atlantique was pleased to welcome a delegation of ten deans and vice-presidents of renowned American universities on October 11, as part of the Fulbright France program.
By signing 25 agreements with laboratories or innovative companies as part of the "R&D job preservation" measure of the France Relance recovery plan, IMT Atlantique has obtained the creation of 29 scientific jobs over one or two years. This is an opportunity to forge even closer ties with the industrialists and laboratories in its "ecosystem".
On 1 July, IMT Atlantique welcomed a delegation from the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), one of the most prestigious Indonesian universities.
On April 1, 2022, IMT Atlantique will celebrate nearly 500 graduates, including the school's first graduating class of general engineers, under the IMT Atlantique degree program begun in 2017. Also honored in the ceremony celebrating the class of 2021 will be Specialized Engineers, Specialized Masters, Masters of Science and Doctors.
