Academic ranking

In the discipline ranking of Times Higher Education THE 2021, a renowned international ranking system, IMT Atlantique is ranked among the top 175 universities [rank 151-175] in computer science, out of the 827 universities ranked on this theme this year.

THE World University Rankings 2021: IMT Atlantique confirms its ranking among the top 400 universities in the world, gains 2 places in the French ranking and thus moves up to 10th place nationally in this 2021 edition.

IMT Atlantique has moved up from 230^th place to 188^th place in the overall Round University Ranking (RUR), and is now ranked 5^th out of 11 French institutions.

The Academic Ranking of World Universities, the ARWU, better known as "Shanghai Ranking", is the most well-known international league table . It evaluates the scientific excellence of the world's higher education institutions by academic subject.  A total of more than 4,000 universities worldwide have been ranked.

IMT Atlantique validates its position in the Times Higher Education 2020 Young University Ranking (YUR) at 59th place.

In the Times Higher Education THE 2020 subject ranking, IMT Atlantique ranks among the top 400 universities [Rank 301-400] in engineering and technology out of the 1,008 universities ranked on this theme this year.

Only two years after its creation, IMT Atlantique, a elite technological university, is internationally recognised as a Technological University, as attested by its rankings in the reference lists for higher education abroad, in the general rankings and/or by theme: the Times Higher Education (THE), the Shanghai ranking (ARWU), QS, Webometrics, U-Multirank....

IMT Atlantique has entered the Times Higher Education 2019 Young University Ranking YUR at 59th place.
