    Biographie

    Romain Billot est professeur en data science à IMT Atlantique , responsable de l'équipe DECIDE (UMR CNRS 6285 Lab-STICC) et adjoint à la recherche du département LUSSI.

    Il dirige des recherches en data mining et optimisation avec différents terrains d'applications dans les systèmes complexes comme la mobilité intelligente et la santé connectée. M. Billot est responsable d'enseignements en statistiques et machine learning (filière data science).

    Avant de rejoindre l'IMT Atlantique, Romain a passé cinq années au LICIT (IFSTTAR/ENTPE) à l'université Gustave Eiffel en tant que chargé de recherches (CR1) du ministère de l'écologie, après une année de post doctorat à Queensland University of Technology (Australie).

    R. Billot est diplômé de l'Ecole Centrale Paris (doctorat, 2010) et de l'UTC (génie informatique, 2007).
